Can I switch plans later?
Every purchase is a single payment. If you want a different program or format, contact us — we'll advise honestly before you pay anything new.
What's the difference between the Skill Pass and a Role Lab?
The Skill Pass (₹4,999 for 12 months) covers eligible Skill Workshops, recordings, templates, assignments, and selected group Q&A. A Role Lab (₹12,999 for 12 weeks) is a structured cohort where you apply AI to your role and finish a reviewed project. Role Labs and 1:1 mentorship are not included in the Skill Pass.
When do the Skill Pass, Role Labs and Role Pro open?
They're launching soon and not open for payment yet. Register interest through the contact form and we'll reach out when enrolment opens — we won't take payment before then.
Does the annual pass renew automatically?
No. Annual passes are a single payment for 12 months. There's no recurring billing on this platform, so nothing is charged again unless you choose to buy again.
Is there a free way to start?
Yes. Selected general webinars are always free, and so is the first mentor onboarding webinar for people applying to teach. The “Get Useful Answers from AI” microcourse is completely free, no account required to read, and includes a downloadable template.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout runs through Razorpay and accepts UPI, cards, and net banking. Prices shown are one-time payments — we don't set up recurring billing.
Can I get a refund?
Cohort-style offers include a 7-day full-refund window after the first live session, as stated on each offer page. Free content needs no refund. For anything else, contact us and we'll review your case.
Do you offer EMI or installments?
We don't currently offer installment plans, and we won't claim 0% EMI until it's actually configured and verified with our payment provider.
Can my employer pay for this?
Yes — we provide invoices and sponsorship letters. Mention employer billing when you contact us.
What about team or enterprise training?
Team training is quoted per engagement based on team size, goals, and delivery format. Start with the training-discussion request on the For Teams page.
